No account setup is needed to use either Google Checkout or Paypal. The only requirement they have is your shipping address must match the billing address of the credit card you are using.

Once we receive confirmation from Paypal of your payment, we will email you confirming that we have received your payment with expected shipping date of your order. Once your shipping label is printed, you will receive another confirmation email from Paypal. Unlocked phones can be used with any gsm phone carrier's sim card to make and receive calls without any type of reprograming to the phone.

In the United States, Cingular, T-Mobile and At&t are the major GSM carriers

Will any GSM phone work with my GSM carrier?
No. All GSM phones we sell are either triband or quadband. Quadband phones will work with any GSM carrier since it has all available bands. You will have to conact your current carrier to check band compatibility for triband phones. For example, Cingular uses only 850mhz band in some areas thus making a triband phone a bad choice. Please check with your current carrier for compatibility prior to purchasing.

Is a sim card inlcuded with the your unlocked GSM, Cingular & T-Mobile phones?
No. All phones we sell are sim free. You will need your own sim card to use the phone.

How do I activate a GSM phone?
Simply remove your sim card from your current phone and insert it into the the new one. Sim cards are located behind the battery. Once inserted into the new phone, you can immediately start making and receiving calls.

Why isn't mms messaging and mobile web working on my unlocked GSM phone?
Since the phone is factory unlocked, you will have to manually input settings for your carrier. Simply do a google search for the settings. I recommend Howardforums.com. Some features may not work due to your current carrier's limitations. One example is video calling.

Do the unlocked GSM phones come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes. However many of the phones we sell were never meant to be used in the United States. Because of this, the phone will have to be sent to the manufacturer's international service center.
